Everyone is on the eat-more-protein to live a more healthful life train and I am all aboard. I usually start with eggs for breakfast. This week I added a few meal-prepped, perfectly peeled, hard-boiled eggs to a slice of sourdough toast drizzled with flaxseed oil (it’s so good for you and I love the nutty taste) plus a generous shake of everything bagel seasoning. When I have avocado you can bet that gets slathered on too. A handful of blueberries and some banana rounded out my plate and kept this girl full until lunch.

With holiday travel in airports and planes upon us, ’tis the time for others to realize the world does not rotate only around them. I’m in full support of this. C’mon, people. And never go barefoot in an airplane, either!

One of my favorite things is hitting the open road and plugging into my favorite podcast to listen on my way to where I’m going. This podcast episode was such a great listen to learn more about an amazing radio legend.

I keep hearing the BEST things about this new show but I’ll def watch with the subtitles because Irish accents are the hardest for me to understand :). I think I’m going deaf.

Also, have you watched the new Martha doc yet?? There’s so much to talk about. Plus, this Martha impression is so spot on.

AND, who’s excited to see Wicked this weekend?! I’m ready to go green.
